We just got back from our California trip! We had an amazing time and loved being able to share it with some of John's family. We have stayed at quite a few hotels by Disneyland and the one we just stayed at (Sheraton Park) was the best so far. It was kind of far to walk with sleepy kids after being at the park for 12 hours, but it was worth it. We spent a lot of time with Josh and Sheri and their girls while we were there. They are so fun to be with and we get along with them so well. John's brother, Mark and his family were also there along with Kati's family. It was fun to go do the "scary rides" with Mark and Kati then do the "little rides" with Josh and Sheri. Drew and Skyler are big enough now that they can ride basically everything which is so much fun. Me and John were actually able to ride together on Space Mountain because Skyler rode with Alexis and Drew rode with Gavin. It was great! Skyler's favorite ride is Tower of Terror and Drew's favorite is California Screamin, or Soarin over California, or Toy Story, or..... he loves all of them. Me and John love going and we feel like kids when we are there. We were going to skip going next year, but John is already making plans to go back next October. We also spent a couple of days at the beach which is the best. I love being at the ocean. I hate how fast time goes by when you are having fun. We have been looking forward to this trip since February and now it is over! I love the memories we made and continue to make with our kids. This is an amazing time in our life and I cherish the time we spend as a family.
